How to make
Wash the beans and soak them in water overnight. The next day, boil them in salted water and drain.
In a pot, saute the chopped onions and add the tomato paste. Add the beans and ribs. Braise everything and pour in 1 cup of water.
Leave it to simmer on low heat until the meat cooks. Braise the flour with the paprika separately and then add it to the dish to thicken it.
