Cut the celery, carrots and onions into small pieces and fry them in preheated oil. Once soft, add the pork ribs.
If large, cut them in half. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and let these fry for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree, as well as boiled beans.
Stew by adding a little hot water. Once thickened, it is ready. If you like your food spicy, you can put a finely chopped red chili.
