How to make
Soak the beans in water overnight. The next day, put it to boil until done, along with a little oil and salt.
In a separate pot, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion and 1 carrot. Once softened, add the beans and season with salt, black pepper and paprika, mint and savory.
In the same pot, evenly fry the ribs. Put the beans in a large pan, distribute the ribs on top and put them to bake in a heated oven until the liquid is slightly reduced.
