  • pork - 14 oz (400 g)
  • potatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g), fresh, small
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • carrots - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • marjoram

How to make

Dice the meat and braise it lightly in a pan. Then transfer it to an oven dish.

Wash the potatoes well and without peeling them put them in with the meat.
