- parsley - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- black pepper
- olive oil - 1/2 cup, extra virgin
- garlic - 1 tsp, pressed

Mix the finely chopped parsley with the garlic in a small bowl. Slowly add the olive oil, stir well. Season with salt and black pepper.
You can store the dressing in the fridge for 3-4 days but before using it, let it sit at room temperature for a bit.
