How to make
Boil the eggs and wash them with cold water. Peel them and cut them in half.
Using a spoon, scoop out all of the yolks and put them in a blender.
Add the parsley and mayonnaise. Blend everything until you get a nice, smooth mixture.
Then, fill the whites with it. Optionally, add an olive to each.
Stick a toothpick through each stuffed egg and arrange them in a suitable platter.
