How to make
Cut the whitefish fillet into small pieces. Beat the eggs and mix them with the beer. Separately, mix the flour with the spices. Add them to the beer and eggs.
Stir the resulting breading and dip the fish pieces in it.
Fry them in hot fat and arrange them onto kitchen paper, so it can absorb some of the fat.
Then arrange them on a suitable plate. Garnish them with olives and parsley sprigs.
