  • pork livers - 28 oz (800 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • for the breading
  • beer - 1 cup
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • eggs - 1
  • black pepper
  • paprika

How to make

Clean the liver and cut it into pieces. Wash it and leave it to drain from the water.

In the meantime, prepare the breading from the beaten egg, flour, breadcrumbs, beer and listed spices.

Salt the liver pieces and dip them in the breading.

Braise on all sides in the heated butter. After taking it out of the butter, put it on paper towels to drain.
