Ingredients

  • pork liver - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • oil - for frying
  • lemons

How to make

Cut the pork liver into suitable pieces. Soak it in cold water to remove the blood. If there are veins, remove them as well. Boil the strained from the water liver for 4-5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a suitable frying pan. Beat the eggs, dip each piece of liver in flour, then in the egg and finally, in the breadcrumbs.

Fry until they aquire a golden color on all sides. I dip it in flour first, in order to dry it up if there is still liquid on it.

Season the pork liver with salt.
