  • peppers - 12, red
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • for the marinade
  • vinegar - 1 cup
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 cup
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

Roast the peppers, peel them and remove the seeds.

Arrange them in a bowl and sprinkle on the garlic. Put a marinade of the listed ingredients on the stove and once it becomes hot, stir and take off the stove.

Pour it over the peppers. Sprinkle them with dill and parsley leaves, then serve.
