How to make
Boil the marinade from the water, vinegar and salt and put the cleaned peppers into it, just enough to scald them.
Then take them out and leave them to drain, but do not throw away the marinade.
Meanwhile, add a tablespoon of oil, a bay leaf and a few black peppercorns at the bottom of each jar. Fill the jars with the strained peppers and seal them with lids.
Finally, sterilize them for 15-20 minutes and after they cool down, turn them over.
The Marinated Red Capia Peppers are ready.
