How to make
Clean the chili peppers from their stems. At the bottom of a large jar, arrange several smaller cloves of garlic, peppercorns, 1-2 bay leaves and sprigs of dill.
Arrange the peppers tightly in the jar. Pour in a brine of vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio. Then pour out the brine into a pot and add salt - 1 jar gets 1 tablespoon of salt.
Allow to boil, then pour it over the peppers in the jar again. Close well with a cap and turn the jar or jars upside down.
