How to make
Roast the peppers and leave them to cool. Boil up a marinade from about 1 1/2 cups of water and the listed ingredients; as soon as it comes to a boil remove it from the stove.
Put 1 aspirin in each jar and arrange whole peppers, garlic cloves, olives, chopped carrots and green tomatoes.
Once the vegetables have been arranged, top off with the prepared marinade. Seal the jars with caps and turn upside down.
Store in a cool area.
