How to make
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 sec., pour cold water over them, peel and cut them.
Cut the cucumber and add it to the tomatoes.
Add the chopped peppers, garlic, breadcrumbs, vinegar, tomato paste and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Blend the mixture.
Cool it for several hours. Cut the bread into cubes and braise them in the olive oil. Serve the soup with ice and the croutons.
