Ingredients

  • sausages - 4 oz (115 g)
  • mince - 4 oz (115 g), veal
  • onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • breadcrumbs - 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • parsley - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • tabasco sauce - or other spicy sauce for serving

How to make

Peel the sausage and knead it with the mince, onions, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, parsley, salt and black pepper.

Form 18 meatballs. Heat the olive oil in a pan and braise the meatballs until ready.

Transfer them to a serving plate, sprinkle with the parsley and serve with Tabasco sauce and cocktail picks.
