Ingredients

  • olive oil - 5 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 16 oz (450 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • white wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • tomatoes - 1 tbsp, dried
  • chili peppers - 2, red
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • pasta - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • parsley
  • parmesan

How to make

To make the sauce, heat the olive oil and add the tomatoes. Cook 2-3 min. on high heat, then lower the heat and boil 20 min.

Season with salt and black pepper. Add the wine, dried tomatoes, whole chili peppers and garlic to the tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and boil briefly. In the meantime, boil the pasta. Take the chili peppers out of the sauce.

Chop the parsley and add it to the tomatoes. Mix the drained pasta with the sauce and serve sprinkled with parsley and parmesan.
