How to make
Mix the corn flour with 1 tbsp of the milk and make a paste. Add 4/5 cup (200 ml) of the milk, the sugar, chocolate and rum.
Put in the microwave for 2 min. and then pour into a cup. Heat the remaining milk, stirring nonstop in order to get a froth.
Pour it over the chocolate beverage, sprinkle with a little grated chocolate and serve right away.
