"Nothing enhances the aroma and taste of a cup of hot chocolate like a good wine"

Ingredients

  • cocoa - 3 tbsp. high percentage
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • red wine - 1/4 cup good quality, dense
  • salt - a pinch
  • milk - 2 cups + 3 tbsp. (room temperature)

How to make

Mix the cocoa, sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix with a wire whisk.

Add 3 tbsp. of milk and stir, until a nice and shiny mixture is obtained. Add the remaining milk and mix.

The red wine is placed on the stove to boil. Once it is hot enough, pour it into the chocolate mixture, by stirring at all times. It is again placed on the stove to boil.

The finished hot chocolate is poured into a tall glass.

The Hot Chocolate with Red Wine is amazing!

Note: I used Pinot Noir red wine.
