How to make
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. It is best to break it into pieces of the same size, so that it melts evenly.
Separate one cup of the milk and put the rest on the stove with the sugar. When it melts, reduce the heat and add the chocolate, by stirring, until the mixture has homogenized.
In the cup of milk, which you set aside, dissolve the starch, so that there are no lumps. Pour it in a thin stream over the chocolate mixture.
Pour the Amaretto liqueur and stir, until a slightly thick chocolate liquid is obtained (about 5 minutes).
Serve it in cups with a little cream and very hot and share it with friends to put them in a good mood and give them lots of energy on cold winter days.
Optionally, you can grate more dark chocolate as an extra touch in each cup.
