"Hot chocolate with whipped cream and cinnamon - the perfect warming drink for the cold winter days."

Ingredients

  • milk - 17 fl oz (500 ml)
  • cream - 7 oz (200 g) liquid, confectionery
  • cream - whipped, for garnish
  • cocoa - 2.1 oz (60 g) natural, powdered
  • honey - 1.8 oz (50 g) or to taste
  • cinnamon - 1 stick
  • cinnamon powder - 2 pinches

How to make

Beat the cocoa with the milk and the confectionery cream.

Place over medium heat and add the cinnamon stick (if it's a long stick, add only half).

Boil for 5-6 minutes, making sure it doesn't overboil. Stir occasionally.

Remove from the heat, leave it for a few minutes and then add the honey. Stir until it has melted.

Pour the hot drink into cups. Garnish the hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
