Ingredients

  • fresh milk - 4 cups (800 ml)
  • corn starch - 2 tsp.
  • chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • honey - 3 tbsp.
  • vanilla powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • heavy cream - 5 tbsp.
  • marshmallows - 10 pcs.

How to make

Dissolve the cornstarch in half a cup of milk. Heat the remaining milk without bringing it to a boil.

Set the pot with the milk aside and add the chopped chocolate, honey, vanilla and salt.

Stir well and pour in the dissolved cornstarch. Stir again.

Bring to a boil on moderate heat, then remove from the stove and let the chocolate mix cool down slightly, so it thickens.

Pour the hot chocolate into 5 cups and decorate with whipped cream and two marshmallows in each cup.
