How to make
Heat the milk in a pot on the hob. When the milk warms up, add the tahini and stir. The mixture should not boil, so that the tahini doesn't lump up.
In another bowl, beat the confectionery cream and powdered sugar. Finely chop the chocolate and place it in a deep bowl and add the cocoa.
When the tahini milk is warm enough, pour half of the mixture into the bowl with chocolate and stir, until the chocolate is completely melted from the heat.
Add the rest of the milk mixture. Pour it into tall glasses. Garnish with whipped cream. At the end, decorate the hot chocolate with cinnamon.
