How to make
Mix the milk or water with the chocolate in a saucepan on the hob. Stir and melt the chocolate on a low heat.
Then stir for another 4-5 minutes until the flavors are well mixed. Pour the hot chocolate into a bowl and start beating it with a mixer. Traditionally, hot chocolate in Mexico is whipped with a molinillo stirrer.
Pour it into a glass and serve it. Sweeten it, if you like.
