"Especially for you - the most fragrant hot chocolate"

Ingredients

  • fresh milk - 1 and 1/4 cups (250 ml) or water
  • dark chocolate - 1.4 oz (40 g) (unsweetened)
measures

How to make

Mix the milk or water with the chocolate in a saucepan on the hob. Stir and melt the chocolate on a low heat.

Then stir for another 4-5 minutes until the flavors are well mixed. Pour the hot chocolate into a bowl and start beating it with a mixer. Traditionally, hot chocolate in Mexico is whipped with a molinillo stirrer.

Pour it into a glass and serve it. Sweeten it, if you like.
