How to make
Baste the meat with a little oil and let it sit for 30 min. Combine the sugar with 2 tbsp water and heat in a frying pan on high for 5 min.
Add the remaining oil, soya sauce, finely chopped garlic and parsley to this caramel.
Rub the meat with salt and black pepper and grill for 6 min, flipping on all sides to crisp.
Put the meat in the caramel marinade and leave it for 7 hours, turning it over periodically. Serve it thinly sliced.
