How to make
Season the veal chops with salt and black pepper, arrange them in a lightly greased baking tray and add the wine. Cover the tray with foil and put the meat to bake in a preheated oven to full readiness.
Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a deep pan and lightly sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Once tender, add the chopped red peppers and chili pepper. Leave it to smother well and add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.
Stir, season it with salt and black pepper to taste, and after about 10 minutes, remove it from the heat. Sprinkle it with a little chopped parsley.
Serve each serving of beef on a bed of lettuce leaves, with the sauce with peppers poured on top.
