How to make
The meat is cut into fine strips with a length of 7-8 cm and mixed with soy sauce, corn enhancer, sherry and sugar. Allow to soak well.
The broccoli is divided into roses and the stem is peeled and cut into thin slices. The ginger is also cut into fine rings.
In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil, add the broccoli, salt and pepper, stirring constantly until it is dark green, but not more than 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
The remaining oil is added to the pan and heated. Add meat and ginger, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes, then add the broccoli and stir well for about 30 seconds.
Serve immediately, while still hot.
