Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 10 oz (300 g)
  • beef - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • onion - 2 onions
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • tomato puree - 4 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • mint
  • salt

How to make

Heat the oil and fry the chopped meat.

Then add the finely chopped onions, chopped carrots and leave them to simmer.

Then add the tomato puree, paprika and chickpeas (pre-soaked in water for 4-5 hours).

Pour water over them, add as much salt as you like and mint and simmer for about 45-50 minutes.
