How to make
Soak the chickpeas for 24 hours in water.
Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. Fry it in a pressure cooker.
Add the finely chopped onion and the carrot slices. Fry well and add chickpeas (strained).
Add the tomato puree and paprika. Pour the wine and wait 5 minutes.
Add the water and spices.
Close the lid and boil for 35-40 minutes.
Wait for the steam to come out and open the lid. Serve the stew while it is warm.
The pork with chickpeas is very tasty.
