Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 2, red, roasted
  • parsley
  • salt - to taste
  • savory
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Fry the onions and carrot, chopped beforehand, in a little oil. Then add the chopped livers.
