How to make
Wash the chicken legs, remove the skins. Prepare a marinade by boiling the coffee in 4/5 cup (200 mL) of water. Strain the coffee and add the sugar, salt, cinnamon, paprika and finely chopped garlic.
Soak the chicken legs in the marinade and leave them for 1 hour. Wash the pepper cut it finely. Take out the chicken legs from the marinade and dry them. Roll them in a mixture of flour and nutmeg and fry until golden in oil.
Put them in a tray and bake for 30 min. at 360°F (180°C). Boil the marinade on the stove and add the chopped pepper. Serve the legs with sauce poured over them.
