- beer - 2 cups (500 ml)
- soy sauce - 3 tablespoons, light
- salt - 3 pinches
- black pepper - 3 pinches, ground
- curry - to taste
- onions - 1/2 head
- rosemary - 1 sprig

In a deep bowl mix the beer and soya sauce. Season the chicken thighs with plenty of salt, black pepper, curry and immerse them in the marinade.
Add coarsely diced onion and rosemary. Put a lid on the dish and leave it in the fridge for a 1/2 hour.
