Ingredients

  • yeast - 1 packet, dried
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • beer - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • water - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oil - 5 - 6 tbsp
  • flour - about 3 1/3 cups (800 g)

  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peppers - 1 - 2, red
  • tomatoes - 1
  • tomato paste - for smearing
  • ham - 9 oz (250 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • olive oil

How to make

Dissolve the yeast with a little sugar in the slightly warm water. Once it activates, add it to the sifted flour with the other ingredients and knead a dough with as much flour as needed, which may be more or less than the amount given.

Let the dough rise, sprinkle it with flour and cover with a towel. Divide the dough into balls, depending on the size of the pizzas desired.

For the toppings, first boil the mushrooms in salted water and drain them. Roll out the dough in a tray or wooden pizza board. Smear it with tomato paste, sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper. Pour in olive oil and put the crust to bake until it rises.

Take it out and distribute the chopped mushrooms, ham, peppers, tomatoes and sprinkle with parsley, more spices and a little olive oil. Put the pizza to bake until the products soften.

Then take it out quickly, sprinkle with grated cheese and put the pizza back to get an appetizing crisp. If you like, you can use feta cheese instead of cheese or both.
