Ingredients

  • peas - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • potatoes - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • butter - 3 tbsp (45 g)
  • beef broth - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Chop the onions and add them to the butter in the pot, pour in the broth and add the peas - leave covered with a lid on a low stove until the peas soften.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Then put the peas in a colander and mix with the mashed potatoes.

If necessary, add more spices.
