How to make
Chop the onion finely and stew it in the oil. Add the diced carrots and chopped peppers. Dilute the tomato paste with 1 cup water and add it to the onion.
Once it is boiling, add the peas, chopped into pieces potatoes, black pepper grains, cumin and salt. Pour in enough water to cover the dish and let it cook on medium heat.
Dilute the flour with 2 tablespoons of water and pour it into the dish before removing it from the fire to thicken.
