Sweet Phyllo Pastry with Ready-Made Sheets

Whisk the eggs, add the yoghurt along with the baking powder, sugar and oil.

In a buttered tray, place 2 phyllo pastry sheets at a time, then some of the mixture until you finish off with phyllo pastry sheets without mixture.

Sprinkle with oil, cut up the phyllo pastry and bake to a nice golden tan. Syrup at the very end.
