Ingredients

  • white fish - 16 oz (450 g)
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • potatoes - 5, medium
  • onions - 1 small head
  • flour - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Pour some boiling salted water over the cut into pieces fish. Boil until softened.

Gradually add the milk, finely chopped onions, black pepper, butter. Keep boiling the soup.

Shortly after, stir it with a spoon, thicken with the flour beaten in a little milk. Boil finished.
