Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup (240 g)
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml), hot
  • yeast - 1 tbsp (15 g), fresh
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • toppings
  • tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g), well - ripened
  • mozzarella - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • sardines - 10
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • oregano
  • black pepper

How to make

Sift the flour and add the yeast, diluted in the water and oil, to it.

Knead a medium stiff dough. Put it on a wooden board and knead some more. Next, transfer it to an oiled dish, cover with a towel and let it rise.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, knead a bit and make 2 circles. Place them in an oiled tray, add the coarsely chopped tomatoes, and the sardines that you've cut into strips lengthwise.

Salt and season, let the dough rise once again. Bake the pizza in a moderate oven and 5 min. before the end arrange thin slices of cheese.
