How to make
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and carefully remove the seeds. Dice their flesh.
Over prepared slices of old bread arrange some tomatoes, mozzarella, spices, tomatoes again, mozzarella and spices.
Place the anchovies at the very top and pour on a little olive oil. Bake the crostini in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven for 10 min. until the mozzarella melts.
