The eggs are boiled, until they harden.
The rice is washed and boiled in salted water. Strain and add the crushed garlic cloves, the olive oil, most of the grated hard cheese and the finely chopped parsley.
Everything is mixed and transferred into a greased baking pan.
The eggs are peeled and cut into two equal parts.
Arrange them in the rice, by pressing them lightly. The eggs are sprinkled with the remaining grated cheese on top.
The Neapolitan-style dish is put in the oven and baked for about fifteen minutes.
The Neapolitan-Style Eggs are served with a glass of fine white wine.
