How to make
The peppers are roasted, peeled, the stems and seeds are removed and they are then cut into strips.
Put a crushed clove of garlic in a pan with heated olive oil.
It is fried for a minute, just enough to release its aroma.
The garlic clove is removed and the olives and capers are added in its place.
Stir briefly and add the chopped peppers. Add a tablespoon of vinegar and salt to taste, but keep in mind that olives and capers are salty.
The pepper dish is cooked until the vinegar evaporates. Stir from time to time. Finally, the peppers are sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes and the Neapolitan-style peppers are ready to be served.
