How to make
Cut the red peppers and clean them.
Grate the yellow cheese and feta cheese in a bowl, add the yogurt, chopped tomato, salt and black pepper, mix and stuff the peppers.
Spread them with olive oil and roast them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
We sprinkle the finished Greek Roasted Red Peppers with finely chopped parsley.
