How to make
Whisk the eggs and add the sugar, yoghurt, baking soda and flour to them. Knead a soft dough and let it sit for 10 min. at room temperature.
Once the dough is ready, divide it into 3 balls and roll them out to about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick. Then cut out the shapes you would like and fry them in highly heated oil.
Once they are ready, sprinkle them with powdered sugar if desired. Bon appetit! :)
