Ingredients

  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream - 2 tablespoons
  • onions - 2 heads
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • butter
  • lemon juice
  • spearmint
  • salt

How to make

Peel and grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Add the grated feta cheese, a part of the butter, the lemon juice, finely chopped spearmint and 2 of the eggs. Stir well.

In a separate container, whip the cream with the flour and the rest of the eggs, add the salt.

Oil the sides of the tray in which you will bake the potatoes, pour the cream mixture on the bottom.

On top, place the potato mixture and at the very top - the finely chopped and sauteed onion. Stir gently and bake in a moderate oven.
