  • cauliflowers - 1
  • carrots - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • bell peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • wine vinegar - 5 tablespoons
  • celery
  • salt - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • honey - 1 teaspoon
  • aspirin - 4

How to make

Wash all the vegetables and cut them if desired. Prepare the pickle in glass jars. The quantities listed for the brine are for 1 jar.

Begin arranging - 1st pour in vinegar, then cabbage, cauliflower, peppers, carrots and press down with a pestle.

Arrange in the same order until you fill up the jar and at the top put the celery, sugar, salt, honey and aspirin at the very end.
