  • butter - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • white wine - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)

How to make

Wash the potatoes well and if they have a thin skin, don't peel them, just cut them into slices.

They are placed in a greased and deep baking tray.

The mushrooms are cleaned, cut into slices and added to the potatoes.

Sprinkle the vegetables with salt to taste and ground black pepper.

The butter is cut into small pieces, half of which are distributed over the potatoes and mushrooms.

They are mixed well, then a little white wine is poured into the tray.

Chicken steaks (skinless) are seasoned with chicken seasoning and spread with the remaining bits of butter.

I cover the tray with a lid (optional) and put it in the oven.

The chicken with potatoes is baked at 390°F (200°C) for about an hour and fifteen minutes.
