  • carp - 4 servings
  • lard - 1 tbsp
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make

Fry the finely chopped onions in lard until yellowed and remove from the fire, then add the paprika, chopped carp portions and stew until soft under a lid.

Immediately before serving, add the cream and boil.
