"Another juicy carp, this time stuffed with lots of mushrooms and rice - you will lick your fingers"

Ingredients

  • carp - 1 pc.
  • field mushrooms - 2.2 lb (1 kg) fresh or canned
  • porcini mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 2 onions
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • rice - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • black pepper - by taste
  • salt - a pinch
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • bay leaf

How to make

Clean the carp.

Make a mixture from the boiled mushrooms, 1 onion, by blending them. Add eggs, as much salt as you like, rice and ground black pepper.

Stuff the fish with this mixture.

Put the carp in a baking pan and arrange a rows of tomato slices on it, add lemon slices, cloves of garlic, as much salt as you like, black pepper grains and a sliced onion.

Drizzle the juicy stuffed carp with oil.

Wrap the fish with foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30-35 minutes.

Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, until the Stuffed Carp with Vegetables aquires a pleasant color.
