Ingredients

  • carp - 1 (3.5 lb (1.5 kg))
  • rice - 2 cups
  • onions - 4 heads
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • spices - 1 teaspoon, spice mix for fish

How to make

Clean the carp and rub it well with salt and pepper. Let it sit, and in that time, fry the chopped onions in a little oil. Once fried, add the pre-washed but not soaked rice, stir and top up with the wine.

Once the alcohol evaporates a bit, add some hot water and flavor with the spices. Transfer the rice to a tray, and once it has absorbed the liquid, put the carp on top and fill the tray with 4-5 cups of warm water.

Top the carp with a little oil and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven.
