  • raisins - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • walnuts - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • confectionery cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)

Soak the raisins.

Mix the eggs, pumpkin puree, sugar and oil.

Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder, a pinch of salt and cinnamon and mix.

Add the strained and dried raisins and chopped or grinded walnuts.

Divide the batter into cupcake molds lined with paper cups.

Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
